Online Accomplishment of Forms for Voter Registration

Since the National Capital Region (NCR), more commonly known as Metro Manila, is a special administrative region that has no provinces, the National Statistics Coordination Board (NSCB) has devised a way of "dividing" it into "4 provinces" to facilitate the grouping of areas under it for database administration purposes for internal government use only. This grouping as geographical districts is as follows:

• NCR - First District: Manila
• NCR - Second District: City of Mandaluyong, City of Marikina, City of Pasig, Quezon City, and San Juan City;
• NCR - Third District: Caloocan City, Malabon City, Navotas City, and City of Valenzuela;
• NCR - Fourth District: City of Las Piñas, City of Makati, City of Muntinlupa, City of Parañaque, Pasay City, Pateros, and Taguig City;

In preparation for the future sharing of information among government offices, we are inclined to make use of said NSCB's "geographical coding" for NCR in our databases.
